1. Cap on Aggregate Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexelioFlow's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred euros (€100) or (b) the amounts paid by you to NexelioFlow during that period.
2. Excluded Damages
In no event shall NexelioFlow be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Carve-outs
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited under mandatory statute.
