Instant Digital Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Mechanism

Generated assets are delivered inside your dashboard as soon as the generation pipeline completes, typically within ninety (90) seconds. You receive an in-app notification and an optional email summary containing a secure deep-link to the project page.

2. Asset Formats

Each brand package includes:

• Primary logo and lock-ups in SVG, PDF, PNG (transparent), and JPG.
• Color palette as a CSS variables file, Tailwind tokens, ASE swatch, and PDF reference.
• Type pair with Google Fonts links, fallback stack, and a complete type-scale document.
• Social kit covering 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 templates for major platforms.
• Brand guidelines PDF (approx. 24 pages) covering logo usage, color, typography, voice, and do/don't examples.

3. Storage and Re-download

Assets remain available for download for as long as your account is active. We recommend you back up the ZIP package locally; we do not guarantee perpetual hosting after account closure.

4. Failures and Remediation

If delivery fails (e.g. download corruption, missing files, blank PDF), open a ticket within thirty (30) days and we will regenerate the failing artifact free of charge or restore the credit at our discretion.
