1. What a Credit Buys
One (1) credit entitles you to one (1) complete brand identity generation from a single brief, including unlimited variations and refinements within that same session. A credit is consumed only when the first generation begins; saved drafts do not consume credits.
2. Pricing Tiers
Credits are sold in packs of 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, and 50, with progressive discounts. The current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and may change; previously purchased credits keep the value associated with their purchase.
3. Expiry and Transfer
Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to third parties. Inside a team workspace, credits are pooled and consumed from a shared balance regardless of which member triggers the generation.
4. System Errors
If a generation fails due to a system error (e.g. pipeline timeout, asset corruption), the credit is automatically restored to your balance within five (5) minutes. If the restoration does not occur, contact support@nexelioflow.com with the project ID and we will investigate within one business day.
5. Promotional Credits
Promotional or complimentary credits granted through campaigns, referrals, or support gestures may carry an expiry date and additional restrictions, which are disclosed at the time of grant.
