Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership of briefs, ownership of generated assets, and protection of NexelioFlow's platform IP.

1. Your Inputs

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the briefs, prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit ("Customer Inputs"). You grant NexelioFlow a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transform Customer Inputs solely to provide the Service.

2. Generated Outputs

Subject to full payment and compliance with the Terms, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, exclusive license to use the assets generated for your project for any lawful purpose, including commercial use and creation of derivative works. NexelioFlow expressly disclaims any ongoing license-back of your generated assets.

3. Trademark Clearance

AI-generated marks are not pre-cleared for trademark availability. You are solely responsible for conducting an independent trademark search in each jurisdiction where you intend to use the mark commercially. NexelioFlow recommends consulting qualified trademark counsel before any registration or launch.

4. Platform IP

The NexelioFlow platform, including the software, models, weights, prompts, user interface, documentation, name, and logo, is and remains the exclusive property of NexelioFlow Inc. and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide are non-confidential and may be used by NexelioFlow without restriction or compensation.
