Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property, including registered trademarks, copyrighted artworks, or trade dress.
• Impersonates real persons, public figures, or existing brands without verifiable authorization.
• Depicts minors in sexual contexts, promotes child exploitation, or contains other content prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
• Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Facilitates the planning of terrorist activity, illegal weapons, or controlled substances.
• Constitutes deceptive deepfakes, election misinformation, or content designed to defraud.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract model weights, prompts, or proprietary training data.
• Bypass rate limits, credit checks, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or republish content from the Service.
• Interfere with the Service's availability, including denial-of-service attempts.
• Resell raw access to the Service or rebrand it as your own platform without a written reseller agreement.

3. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, report it to abuse@nexelioflow.com with relevant URLs, timestamps, and screenshots. We acknowledge reports within one business day.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, remove offending content, restore credits, suspend the offending account, terminate access, and report unlawful conduct to competent authorities. Repeat or egregious violations result in permanent bans and forfeiture of any remaining credits.
