1. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, and Link. Availability of methods depends on your country and is shown at checkout.
2. Currency and Pricing
Prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may charge foreign-exchange fees over which NexelioFlow has no control. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price in effect at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.
3. Taxes and VAT
EU consumer customers are charged VAT at the rate of their country of residence. Business customers in the EU may enter a validated VAT identification number to benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable. US sales tax is applied where we have nexus obligations. All applicable taxes are shown before payment confirmation.
4. Invoices and Receipts
A PDF invoice is issued automatically for every purchase and is available in Settings → Billing → History. Invoices contain the legal information required by EU and US accounting standards. You may add a custom billing entity (company name, VAT ID, address) before checkout, and edit it for future invoices at any time.
5. Disputes and Failed Payments
If a charge appears unfamiliar, contact billing@nexelioflow.com before opening a dispute — most cases are resolved within twenty-four hours. Failed or reversed payments may temporarily suspend access to associated credits until the balance is settled.
