1. Categories of Personal Information Collected
Over the past twelve (12) months we have collected the following CCPA-defined categories: identifiers, customer account records, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation (approximate), and inferences drawn from the above to provide and improve the Service.
2. Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures
Personal information is collected directly from you, automatically from your device, and from payment and analytics service providers. It is used for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy and disclosed only to vetted sub-processors under contract.
3. Sale and Sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months and have no intention to do so going forward.
4. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purposes of inferring characteristics about consumers. Account credentials are used solely to provide the Service.
5. Your Rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit the use of their personal information, and to opt out of profiling and targeted advertising. To exercise rights, submit a request to privacy@nexelioflow.com or use the in-app privacy form.
6. Authorized Agents and Verification
You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf with a signed written authorization. We verify identity by matching information provided in the request against information we already maintain.
7. Non-Discrimination and Appeals
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response email; appeals are reviewed within forty-five (45) days.
